COCHIN, on your arrival at the Cochin Railway Station our representative will receive you and take to the hotel. Spend the afternoon with local sightseeing in and around Cochin - the "Queen of Arabian Sea", this is one of the finest natural harbors in the World and was one of the major centers for commerce and trade with British, Chinese, Portuguese, Dutch, etc. Sightseeing attractions in Cochin include Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Jewish Street, St. Francis Church and Chinese Fishing Nets. Overnight stay is arranged in Cochin.
COCHIN- MUNNAR, after breakfast, checkout of the hotel. Transfer to Munnar. Enroute enjoy the scenic beauty of Tea plantations. Check in to the Hotel. Later if time permits proceed for a short sightseeing tour of Munnar. Overnight stay in Munnar
MUNNAR, after breakfast spends the day with local sightseeing. Munnar situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundale, Munnar is 1600 Meter above sea level. This majestic hill station was once the summer resort of the British government in South India. Local sightseeing of Munnar includes visit to Mattupetty Dam, Kundale Lake and Echo point. Afternoon proceed to Rajamalai were the rarest species of mountain goat, "Nilgiri Thars", can be spotted. Later in the evening to Hotel & overnight stay at Munnar.
MUNNAR-ALLEPPEY, after breakfast checkout from the Hotel & drive to Alleppey, set out on an enchanting overnight backwater cruise in traditionally decorated houseboats. Check-in to the House Boat. Later proceeds for a Cruise through the Back waters. While cruising in these floating luxury-villas, let your eyes settle for the rare and the unusual - skim past Chinese fishing nets, bowed-down paddy fields, and local inhabitants engaged in making coir products, rustic homes, and ancient temples and swaying coconut groves. Lunch, Dinner and overnight stay in the House boat.
ALLEPPEY-KOVALAM, After a refreshing breakfast served onboard, check out from the houseboat and drive to Kovalam(170 Kms and 5 Hrs drives).. Up on arrival, check in to a hotel. This beach town ranked high among international tourists is an ideal destination to feel the tropical sun and to feel contented about the golden suntan. Water enthusiasts have a lot of beach activities to indulge in like - kayaking, swimming, surfing and skiing. Occasionally walk into some of the certified massaging centers alongside the beach and pamper yourself with an exotic herbal, body- toning massage. Overnight to be spent at hotel.
KOVALAM-TRIVANDRUM-KOVALAM, Morning set out on a sightseeing tour to Trivandrum. Your itinerary will include places of interests like Padmanabhaswami temple, renowned for its towering gopuras and temples arts and paintings. The main pavilion of the temple stands impressive with 400 marvelously granite carved pillars. Your guided sightseeing tour will cover the rest of the attractions too. Later in the evening travel back to Kovalam for an overnight stay.
TRIVANDRUM, as a sad day the tour comes to an end. Enjoy the morning breakfast at the hotel. Later we transfer you to Trivandrum Airport/ Railway station to proceed for yours onwards journey or way back home with sweet memories.
